Watch this. Then watch it again. Then promise yourself you will never set limits or make lame excuses.

This was the beast I ran up today. 2 miles up 2 down. I was feeling it on the climb so I lifted my knees higher on the jog when I got tired and it seemed to work. (Its all mental :s)
On the return I opened up my stride I figured I would try squeeze in a at least one quick mile. My average pace was 11:07.
I’m feeling a little better running, more confident.

The crew is ready for the next one. This my constant view when we run. I can identify everyone by their butts and water bottles. Good job guys!
Thunder & lightening can’t stop me, but it’ll make me pick up my pace. 5.31 miles today.
I’m a guy, but this video is pretty cool.

Another session down. They made me snake hills today, and tommorow I run up a mountain.
